Its nearly time for the first Model County Draw 2013.Please Support the Model County draw by purchasing tickets, available from club members. The Model County Draw bring much need financal support to both County Board & our club. The Model County Draw is in its 21st year and prizes range from cars to family holidays to vouchers and final 30 prizes in cash. The first draw takes place in the Wexford GAA Offices in Wexford Park at 7pm on 24th April. Thank you to all in advance who have and continue to support the draw.

Last weeks Lotto took place in jim McGees, no jackpot winner & two match three winners Padgue Brennen c/o seller & Josie Kehoe c/o Josephine Kehoe. Numbers were 06 - 11 - 15 - 26. Next weeks draw takes place in Dixie Barretts at 9.15pm. Under 6s - Under 8s: Fun and games continues this Friday evening from 6-7pm in Paric Charman. All new members welcome. Under 10s: Hurling & football training on Tuesday evening from 6pm in St.Peters College.We will be moving our training to Paric Charman in the next couple of weeks. We had an enjoyable evening in Taghmon last Friday evening playing both hurling and football against Taghmon/Camross. Well done to Taghmon/Camross players and mentors. Under 12s: Hurling training is on Monday evenings from 6-7pm in Paric Charman. Football training is on Friday evening from 7-8pm in Paric Charman. For further information on both contact Paul McMahon on (087-9327383). Under 14s: Footballers had their second win in the football championship league last week beating Blackwater. A big well done to both teams in what was a great game & thanks to all for their support. Hurling training is on Monday evenings 6-7pm & football Wednesday evening 7-8 in Paric Charman. Under 16s: Football training is on Wednesday evening 6-7pm in Paric Charman. Adult Football: Our adult footballers had a win last against Monageer/Boolavogue in a hard fought match in the championship. The Vols lead at the end of the first half 1-5 0-2 with the wind in their favour, however two goals in the second half by Monageer/Boolavogue saw our footballers pick up their pace winning 3-9 2-8 against a strong wind. Well done to Monageer/Boolavogue for a great game Next round in the championship leagus is next Saturday Vs Blackwater in Monomlin at 5pm. Our second team playing next Saturday in the championship Vs Our Ladys Island.
