As part of the No Smoking Policy within our club, members of the committee will be circulating questionnaires at the pitch, this is to evaluate the feelings of spectators and players from within and outside the club. This questionnaire is easy to complete and can be completed anonymously. In taking the time to complete this survey, your help and co-operation is greatly appreciated.
