Taghmon opened the score card with a point in the first 5 mins of the game. shortly after that we were down to 14 lads,we lost Cain o Keefe our centre back (Due to illness).they had the advantage of the wind in the first half and our lads were now playing catch up. The vols dug in deep for the second half, with torrential rain and gusting winds they came back to trailing by 2 pts, when the final whistle blew.a good display of football from both teams considering the awful conditions. We would like to thank all the supporters, the referee & his linesmen for coming out on such a bad day Adults Our adult hurlers and footballers are back training tuesday at 8pm in St Peters College and saturday at 6pm on the astro truf in Paric Charman
